- We can ship products anywhere in South Africa only.
- When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s).
- Items in stock will typically ship out next business day once the payment has reflected in our account.
Shipping Charges : Our shipping charges are determined by your choice of 2 different shipping methods selected.
1) Dawn Wing Couriers 1-2 days delivery @ R50;
2) Dawn Wing Couriers 2-3 days main centres throughout South Africa @ R100.
International Orders : We unfortunately do not ship to any country besides South Africa. Please send us and email from the website as we will gladly offer these goods to you upon your organising your own collection from our head office in Cape Town. All shipping costs, national and international is for your account.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
- Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, based on manufacturing default, you can return your items within 7 days of receipt thereof. Exchanges for items returned within 7 days of the purchase, excludes shipping charges. Provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition, with tags attached. Removal of tags will void exchange.
- Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
- In case following conditions are not met, fabulousinhijab.co.za reserves the right to charge 15% handling fee or refuse the return. – the items must be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt – items and packaging must be received in new condition – the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged – packaging must include all original items.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box – return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
- Before returning package you need to contact us at email@example.com to receive a Returns Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided with your Returns Authorization Number.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
